Practical rules for a safe and considerate visit.

Reservations are subject to availability and management confirmation. A deposit may be required, and a booking is confirmed only after management acknowledges the booking and payment. Keep receipts and confirmations.

Children must be supervised, particularly near the pool. Follow staff instructions and posted safety rules. Use designated parking and smoking areas, dispose of waste properly, keep noise reasonable, and respect guests, staff, property, plants, and animals. Illegal activity, fighting, harassment, vandalism, and dangerous behaviour are prohibited.

Outside food is not allowed. The supplied corkage note is ₱300 per dish, subject to confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, event, emergency, and photography terms must be confirmed in writing because the supplied refund wording requires clarification.
